By accessing or using any Buildflin LLC product or service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our services. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use our services.

Buildflin LLC provides a portfolio of AI-powered software products accessible via a single unified account. Current and planned products include GhostPostt AI, NexusFlow, VaultIQ, PulseAI, CodeDrift, MediaForge, PayNest, CartMind, VoicePulse, and SearchLab. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time.

You must create a Buildflin account to access our products. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.

You agree not to use our services to: violate any applicable law or regulation; infringe the intellectual property rights of others; transmit harmful, offensive, or objectionable content; attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems; use our AI products to generate spam, disinformation, or content that deceives others; or resell access to our services without written permission.

All content, features, and functionality of Buildflin services — including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, and AI models — are owned by Buildflin LLC and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

Our products generate content using artificial intelligence. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and ensuring the accuracy of any AI-generated content before publishing or using it. Buildflin makes no warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or fitness of AI-generated outputs. You retain ownership of content you create using our tools, subject to our license to provide the service.

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in our refund policy. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account.

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Buildflin disclaims all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Buildflin LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction in the United States.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes via email or a prominent notice on our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
